Your role
As a Retention Manager, you are responsible for retaining our customers. You understand that customer loyalty is crucial to our success. You analyze customer data, identify risks, and proactively reach out to customers to convince them of our added value.
What will you be doing?
- Analyzing reasons for cancellation and developing retention strategies.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to offer solutions.
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to optimize customer retention.
- Reporting results and trends to management.
As a Retention Manager, you are responsible for retaining our customers.
What you bring to the table?
- MBO+/HBO level of education and thinking.
- Experience in customer contact, sales, or retention is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
- Analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
